NBHA MS07               News & Schedule from MS07 Director

We had a GREAT beginning to our 2012 show season. What a tremendous turnout. 150 in open, 68 in youth and 5 in senior. Thanks to everyone who worked. As always, I cannot produce a show without you. When members do their part, it makes it much less stressful on your director . . :)
Members must work during two district shows of the season in order to claim award prizes you have earned determined by points. Typically all district shows are held at the Lauderdale Ag. I currently do not have any district shows scheduled at any other venue. If this changes, I will let you know. There are sanctioned shows at other venues, but these ARE NOT district shows.
We give away awards for the top 5 point earners in each division of open, youth. All seniors in MS07 district receive an award.
Open/Senior world show and Youth world show will be in Perry, GA, this year.

Workers January 21, 2012: These are the workers I saw working yesterday. If you worked and are not on this list, please e-mail me.
07 points 2011 YEAR END FINAL: this is the placings for district awards for 2011. Forecasted date for our awards banquet is during the month of April. I will look for input on an exact date and place as I get closer confirmation on when the production of the awards are nearing completion.

Ag Center January 21 2012: this is the results from yesterday's show. Please read the quoted NBHA rule at the top of the open results and my explanation pertaining to yesterday's show. Our next show is February 11, 2012, at the Lauderdale Ag. Training at 11am, Open at 2 pm. $400 added to Open and $100 added to youth. I will need workers. Some of you have already signed up to work. But, it takes an army . . so . . . WHERE CAN YOU WORK?

NBHA Membership Rulebook, Section C, #3:

"Divisions are determined by time brackets. The fastest time in the class will set the time for payback and
District 00 points. Whatever district or districts sanction the show their district members' fastest time
will set the time for their district points. If sanctioned by more than one district each district's fastest time
will set their time for their district points."
What this means for the January 21, 2012, show: Money divisions are paid out by the fastest overall
time ran of 14.881. MS07 points are figured by the fastest time ran by member Suzy Valentine of 14.926.
For this show, the only place you will see the difference between money division vs. 07 point divisions is for
member Shelby Chisholm. Although she won money in the 3D, when points are distributed, her time
